MapAppeal Kit is a one-time digital download. The refund boundary is narrow and practical: access problems or a material delivery mismatch.

  • The delivered archive materially differs from the public product description.
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are not based on

  • Whether a third-party appeal succeeds.
  • Whether Google reinstates, approves, or reviews a profile.
  • A buyer needing legal, tax, consulting, or filing help outside the product scope.
