Documents to organize for a Business Profile appeal
Use documents that support the profile facts you are asking Google to review. The strongest packet is usually boring and consistent.

| Registration or license | Business name, address, status, and date. |
| Insurance or tax document | Business identity and operational location where appropriate. |
| Website pages | Same business name, phone, services, and service areas as the profile. |
| Invoices or work proof | Redact private customer details before local storage or appeal use. |
| Photos | Real-world service context, vehicles, signage, or work location when relevant. |
Do not submit documents that are altered, unrelated, or inconsistent with the appeal text.
