Evidence examples
Before you open an appeal evidence form, collect proof that connects the Business Profile to a real, eligible business. The goal is not a huge upload. The goal is a clear packet where every file supports a specific profile fact.
Google Business Profile Help says appeal evidence examples can include official business registration, a business license, tax certificates, and utility bills, and it tells businesses to check that the document name and address match the profile being appealed.

Line up entity name, DBA, website header, invoices, and profile name before writing the appeal.
