Account restriction appeal prep
If the Google account is restricted, the next task may not be a normal profile appeal. Separate the account issue from the Business Profile evidence packet before spending the 60-minute evidence window.
Google says that when an account restriction happens, the Business Profiles managed by that account are suspended and the owner cannot create or claim other profiles. Google also says the account restriction must be lifted before removing the related Business Profile suspension.

A profile evidence packet still matters, but an account restriction can block the profile path. You need a clean record of account status, profile status, ownership, and business evidence instead of treating everything as one appeal.
