A useful appeal note is not a sales letter. It is a short explanation that connects the suspended profile to accurate business facts and specific evidence files. Use this fictional example to structure your own appeal packet.
Google Business Profile Help says to review the guidelines before appeal and that evidence can include business registration, licenses, tax certificates, utility bills, and other documents that support the profile facts.

Swap every bracketed detail for real facts. Do not copy claims that are not true for the business, and do not add promises about reinstatement.
Business identity: [Business Name] is a [service type] serving customers in [service area]. The current Business Profile uses the correct business name, service area, phone number, website, and primary category.
Correction or clarification: Before submitting this appeal, we reviewed the profile details and corrected [specific profile field or issue]. The profile now matches the attached business records and customer-facing website details.
Evidence attached: The evidence packet includes [business registration or license], [utility bill or tax certificate if relevant], [website/contact page screenshot], and [service-area or operating proof]. These files support the business identity, contact information, and eligibility of the profile.
Review request: Please review the updated profile and supporting evidence for reinstatement eligibility.
