High-trust service-area profiles

Locksmith, garage door, moving, or towing profile suspended?

Before submitting an appeal, make the business identity, service-area facts, contact details, and proof documents easy to compare.

These categories can look inconsistent when the profile uses a hidden address, a call tracking number, a different website domain, broad service areas, or documents that use an older DBA. The appeal packet should explain the current business clearly without stretching facts.

Evidence to gather before writing

  • Current business registration, license, insurance certificate, or trade credential when one applies to the service.
  • Website pages that show the same business name, phone, service categories, and service-area language used on the profile.
  • Profile screenshots showing the name, category, phone, website, address visibility, and service areas as they currently appear.
  • Redacted job records, invoices, dispatch screenshots, or appointment confirmations that show real service activity without customer private details.
  • A short note explaining recent changes such as DBA updates, call tracking numbers, website migrations, address hiding, or service-area edits.

Common mismatch points

  • The public profile name includes city or emergency-service keywords that are not part of the real-world name.
  • The phone number on the profile differs from the number on the website or documents without a simple explanation.
  • The website uses a lead-generation brand while documents show a different operating business name.
  • The profile shows a storefront address even though customers are served at their locations.
  • Service areas are broader than the business can realistically support.

Appeal prep angle

Write for clarity, not persuasion. State what the business does, how customers are served, which profile details are current, and which attached documents support those details.

Do not add unsupported claims, competitor accusations, review complaints, or keyword lists. If a detail was corrected, name the correction and connect it to the evidence.

Use the worksheets if the packet is messy

The paid kit is useful when the documents, profile fields, and appeal statement need to be reconciled quickly before submission.

  • Document matching worksheet for names, addresses, phones, websites, and service-area proof.
  • Profile self-audit checklist for hidden-address, category, and contact-detail review.
  • Appeal statement draft structures that keep the explanation factual and concise.
