Disabled profile appeal prep

Google Business Profile disabled or removed from public view

If the profile is disabled, removed from public view, or no longer allows normal owner actions, treat the appeal as a facts-and-evidence problem. First identify whether the issue is the profile, the owner account, or content tied to a disabled profile.

What Google says

Google Business Profile Help says profiles that do not follow guidelines may be suspended or disabled, and that the public cannot go to a removed profile while owners and managers cannot act on it until reinstatement.

What to sort out first

Before drafting an appeal, separate profile evidence from account-access issues. A disabled profile appeal needs business proof; an account restriction may need its own appeal path first.

Do not create duplicates

Keep the existing profile appeal path clean. Starting a second profile for the same business can make the evidence story harder to explain.

Use short upload notes

Each file should support one profile fact: real business identity, address or service-area setup, phone, website, category, or service proof.

Log the appeal status

Track the managing account, selected profile, decision status, evidence list, and any email decision before requesting additional review.

When the paid pack fits

Use the free tools if you only need a quick status checklist. Use the paid worksheets if the disabled profile needs a complete evidence packet, document matching, appeal wording, and a submission log before you use Google's appeal flow.
