Reinstatement prep
Before you ask Google to reinstate a suspended or disabled Business Profile, build a short evidence packet that shows the business is real, eligible, and consistent across documents, website, and profile fields.
Google Business Profile Help tells businesses to review the guidelines before appealing, use the appeals tool while signed in to the relevant account, and submit evidence when the flow offers that option.

Separate the disabled profile status from account access and policy issues before drafting the appeal note.
